This U.S. State Privacy Rights Notice describes how botparati, a brand operated by Diotec S.A.S., handles personal information of residents of the United States, and the rights available under U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and comparable laws in other states.
This notice supplements our general Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you are a U.S. resident and a conflict arises regarding your state privacy rights, this notice controls.

This notice applies to U.S. residents whose personal information we collect through botparati.com, our forms, WhatsApp, email, AI Sales Assistants, and related digital channels. botparati is operated from Colombia and serves users in the United States and other countries.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for purposes that would require an opt-out, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by law.

8. How to Exercise Your Rights
You can submit a request by emailing privacy@botparati.com with the subject line "U.S. Privacy Request" and a description of the right you wish to exercise.
To opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can also adjust available cookie settings and use a browser-based opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor where required by law.
9. Verification and Authorized Agents
To protect your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request to know, delete, or correct, generally by matching information you provide with information we hold. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice and our Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
11. Notice for Residents of Other States
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others, as such laws take effect) may have rights similar to those described above.
